We chose to sell our motorhome through Kevin at Motorhome Depot Harrogate and are glad we did. We are very happy with the service provided and the sales process. Kevin provided advice to help us get our motorhome ready for sale, and was always available to address any questions we had. We were impressed with the level of care he took in preparing the advert for sale, including staging the motorhome for photos, and he was proactive in updating us about the sales process. Kevin took all the stress out of selling our motorhome, sorting out the financial aspect as well as making sure all the paperwork was completed correctly. We would definitely recommend Kevin as a broker, his friendly, professional nature gave us confidence in his abilities, and the final sale at a price we were happy with and in a quicker time than we expected, proved it.

Keep in mind that their shipping time is not from the moment of purchase, it's from the moment they ship the item. So, theoretically your order can be "processed" indefinitely but once it's shipped then, yeah, 1-2 days.
When I buy something and it says "delivery 1-2 days", I'd expect to receive the item within 2 working days. If you can't deliver on your promise, then don't promise.

PS. Also, they use FedEx to deliver parcels. FedEx will give you a time slot on the day when the parcel is to be delivered, then will not deliver the parcel between the stated hours. Their tracking page will not work. There will not be a text sent with an update. Good luck.

I have been provided with all the information required, communication was excellent, consultant specified his ETA and was on time, very helpful and professional. Received our EPC report 24 hours later.
