We had 3 attempts to fit the fibre

We had 3 attempts to fit the fibre, on the first visit, 2 engineers attended, the phoned me to say they were on site but couldn’t complete the job as it needed to be done by a flat roof technician, and booked for the following week, on that day waited in all morning, to be sent a message saying work could not proceed as needed a flat roof technician to do job. Never had a phone call to say was on site, never say him turn up at all. On the 3rd visit, the engineer, called up told me he was on was, did the job , cleared up, left no mess. Total star.
Just a shame it took 3 weeks and 3 visits to complete

Hi Graham, really sorry to see the delays with your order due to the flat roof and a the special equipment needed to have this done, great to see its now been resolved and the engineer did a fantastic job. ^Paul

Delivered 5 days late lied to about attempting to deliver, then out for delivery again still no show

We went to this estabulo in Doncaster 17 July 2022 our table was booked for 12,30, on arrival we was seated them they started to bring out the meat it was covered in salt looked and tasted like it was leftovers from last night, I wouldn’t feed a dog on what they tried to pass off as food, after 20 minutes of have this garbage brought to the table, I asked for the bill and was charged £50 this included service charge for what amounted to 20 minutes of dining , I complained to the manager who didn’t seam interested. Been there on numerous ovations won’t be going again

Give a fair price for the trade in

Give a fair price for the trade in, car cost £6500 , 6 months ago, done 1000 miles since buying and got a text saying get an extra 15% on top of price then offer £4600. Then try and get you in a car you never came in to buy, just to sell you a car.
