Was at Yo sushi for my sons birthday. Got his bento box didn't get mine for half an hour after asking. Then waited for the rest of the food for another 45m while everyone after us getting it. Asked again as we were so hungry by that time. The staff said I'll check. She gets back and says we don't have your order. I said I already asked 2 times. She goes check again and says the chef is very busy so you have to wait for another 45m probably. We just walked out as no apology. It was the worst place I have been as the staff never check. Still took the payments. Wow what a service!!!! First class

First time ordering from sainsbury. The worst First the delivery wasn't cancelled & never arrived. Got in contact got in for the next day still didnt deliver all the stuff ordered. The promise was great after apologies.

Christmas tree lights ordered. Held my money for 3 weeks. Got a message the order is lost will be replaced in 3 to 5 days and when I called the 6th day. No!!! Its our mistake it's not coming anymore we will give you your full refund. Seriously!!! This is George Asda customersupport. Never buy from here.

I live in a flat and I have kids. The delivery guy rang and I asked him to come up and he said no. I said ok dont leave my food on the street door. I'm coming down now. When I went down he left with the food. Never will I ever order from here.
