great products, fast and efficient delivery and returns

I have only had a couple of deliveries but the meals have been extremely tasty, and portion sizes are great even my carnivore husband enjoys them, I love that you get a recipe card with the order and I dont have to try and read the recipe on my phone, I do wish there was less plastic in the packaging though

prompt next day delivery, which was a Sunday. Driver rang to let us know he was on his way, he was really friendly and helpful on arrival

I like others didn't even want to give 1 star but didn't have a choice to leave 0. yes in store the staff and friendly and efficient, but heaven help you if things go wrong, we ordered a Love seat costing £900 in October, we heard nothing by February about our order so had to chase this, got a delivery date finally, waited in all day, it never arrived, numerous unanswered emails or chat, after numerous attempts to get through on the phone then promises of someone looking into it and getting back to me, which they just didn't do, I did finally speak to someone who gave me a new delivery date, low and behold van arrived but with the wrong item. I can't count the number of times I emailed and tried the chat and telephoned, all emails and chats were never answered and by phone no one could tell me what had happened to our love seat. Then once stores were open again, we went to the Rugby store, the manager there did her best to help and chased it for us, but she clearly wasn't getting answers either, so she reordered it again for us. It finally arrived July 11th, sadly I couldn't be there to except delivery, but no way was I going to turn down this delivery date, so my son took delivery of it, we have now discovered that it has a tear, albeit small on the back, and I really don't think I have the energy to fight sofology any more, Well done sofology you've won, but I will never shop with you again and I will make sure no one I know does either

really pleased with our garden parasol purchase, great fast delivery, arrived in 3 days, when other companies quoted us a 4 week delivery, driver even waited for 15 mins for us to get home to accept our parcel, would definitely shop at Furniture 123 again
