We used Martin & co to sell one of our properties with a ‘sitting tenant’. Gill and Nick were both friendly and professional to deal with. The house was sold very quickly and Gill kept us well informed throughout the process of the sale being completed. This is the kind of service you want and it’s great that they are a local company.

I joined cx about a month ago after putting all my savings into setting up my own courier business, so far I have hardly done any work despite being prepared to work 7 days a week! This is already causing me great financial difficulties. I put many quotes in as soon as they appear on my app both by phone and electronically, using vs pricing guidelines. At the moment I have had to quote as low as 60p per mi!e but still no good, will be bankrupt soon!! Anyone having similar trouble? Member 184274

As with any business, it takes time to establish yourself, network and build your profile and reputation. With some hard work and by utilising the tools that we provide you with, it is possible to make a success of your business on our platform.
Another point to consider is that although there is always work available on the platform, if there is a period where there is a slight decrease in available loads it is certainly the weeks after Christmas. With less loads being posted, there will also be an impact on the rates that are being quoted which will drive prices to be more competitive. The load availability does pick up again towards the end of January.
