Have had very poor aftercare service. Initial came out to measure and quote works for kitchen flooring and thresholds. As part of the quote I was told there was no need for underlay and sold three door thresholds.
It turns out they could not fit any of the thresholds and there was an extra charge for laying a sub base when fitting. Over a couple month period they eventually told me I would need to arrange for someone else to fit the thresholds at my own cost. Also had to arrange for the thresholds to be returned to the store to get a refund. I did this and three months later I still don't have a refund despite chasing and having unanswered emails.
I have also requested that the "fitting arrangement charge" be charged returned to me, as they where unable to complete the fitting but unsurprisingly I have had no response.
Would avoid from my expirence. Still have ongoing issues that span 6 months.
