5 star service, clear web site I can trust, and very good delivery trough DPD. Please keep using DPD- in my many experiences they are the best!

DPD is, for me, a trusted delivery service- always on time, within the slot and NEVER just thrown into the place to put it.

Maddie made all the difference in a very busy store where staff were sharing hand-held devices for stock information.

She personally when to stock room to find what we wanted.
Till queue not too long either!

Store seemed short of staff or hand held devices that would check stock. Luckily finding Maddie prompted a search for the trainers wanted…We came back in 15 mins- trainers to try on with Maddie help. At till there was a long queue but only a few minutes wait..so We’ll Done Maddie

Useful choice of present-wrapping materials and, at last, somewhere to find small boxes for special presents.
Would have really liked a special box - priced accordingly- for such items.
Happy to pay more than £10 for such.
No staff to help, but payment at till swift, without a queue- which is unusual.

Agent Owen was knowledgeable, clear and careful in his questioning. His pleasant manner and promptness in dealing with my enquiry/purchase helped shorten what has been a long drawn-out process with alternative companies. Well done Owen

Staff are always very helpful, despite being very busy. Charlie has been outstanding in helping us with buying resources for our dogs, in particular for our new puppy. We wouldn't have any Wainwrights food without her help!
