We had a lovely meal here last night, we had the Rodizio. We had a table booked at 8pm and was welcomed by a lovely gentleman who was very attentive. Our seating was beautiful, lovely booth and with the blossom decor in this venue it really was gorgeous. We ordered our drinks and proceeded to the unlimited salad bar which had a variety of not only a varied selection of salad but also breads, meats, cheeses and warm selections like mini roasted potatoes, garlic mushrooms & lovely peppercorn sauce. We returned to our tables and didn’t wait long at all before the first meat was presented, and oh my it was exceptional. Melted in the mouth, fillet steak. Throughout the evening we were presented with all of the items listed/advertised on the menu, although we had to flip from green to red at some points, we managed to taste most. Every single meat that we had was cooked perfectly, so tender, very well seasoned or flavoured. We simply could not pick a favourite. The whehole bill was about £95, for all the food and the drinks, I can honestly say it is absolutely amazing value for money considering what you get. Top notch service, beautiful venue and amazing food. We will most certainly be back and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Joke. Ordered, order stone cold when received and items missing. McDonald’s can’t help, just passed the blame to Uber eats, who were as useful as a chocolate teapot. McDonald’s should be responsible for packing the food. I am boycotting.

Placed an order through the mcdelivery app. Food was stone cold when delivered and missing items. Had to contact Uber eats, that was pointless. We will refund the missing items (I can’t bloody eat the refund, I want my food with the rest of the family). Called and was told I would get a refund for missing item, but couldn’t send the food. Also told that no refund on delivery charge although this should be reflective of a full delivery completed which was not. Joke of a company, use other food platforms do not use Uber eats !

Ikhlas is fantastic to work with. Ikhlas is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to he payment industry and Epos world. Would highly recommend his services. Easy to book, could be clearer on hold luggage, state you do not get any included. Showing more accurate price eg with hold luggage and transfers included if that’s what the majority want. Great hotel, great price compared to other sites.

Amazing - honestly, no words could describe how happy I am with the service I have received.

So simple, quick and easy. Dealt directly with Ann MacKenzie at the Ayr office who was so polite, helpful and informative. It was one of the last things on my to do list, and the list was long, after taking on a new business, Ann helped make it pain free and the outcome I got was cost effective.
