Great service on website and notification of stock in store. When collecting in store, was questioned on my card and made to feel like I wasn’t me despite having ID. Then get notifications and reminders to collect after I have collected it

I am sorry to hear that you were made to feel this way, I can assure you the checks were made to ensure the parcel was handed to the rightful owner and no disrespect was meant by this.
In regards to the notifications, these are automated and there is a small chance you may receive 1-2 more due to the system triggering them just before collection.
