The chairs arrived on time and well packaged with each chair packaged individually with its own tools and instructions in one larger box. If the instructions weren’t clear enough each part of the chair to be fixed is also marked! Chairs look great. Would highly recommend.

I had browsed the website before visiting the store but ended up choosing a completely different sofa. I was surprised as to how many different fabrics and colours there are to choose from and had not picked this up on the website. We found the perfect colour for my room with lovely contrasting scatter cushions. The staff were very welcoming, especially Samantha who was very helpful, offering just the right amount of assistance without being pushy to make a sale. Samantha talked us through the options for the sofa, how to take care of it and talked us through the purchasing and delivery process.
