I originally booked a night at colwyn bay. Before we left we decided to add another night (we did not cancel or amend our original night).
Thus giving travel lodge an extra £67. For this privilege travelodge charged me an extra £10
They came back with the usual terms and conditions story.
Just because it's there doesn't mean it's right.

The amazon description made was very informative and I had confidence that I had ordered the right thing.
Delivery was quick.

Spent an hour trying to contact them. Just "thank-you for waiting". No indication of place in queue.
We might be happy with them now...just wait until you have a problem

This is an excellent product and I would recommend it every time.
Must admit I expected it to arrive in a square box and was surprised that it was self assembly, which is a bit of a concern.
However, there was no need to worry it was very easy to put together and in the end I was pleased it came as it did since the chance of damage in transit was very much reduced.

Returning to Avro after a couple of years. Had excellent service, just a pity I had to move because of price.

We arrange our transport at very short notice and it went without a hitch. Which is very important after a flight from the UK.
