Delivered early for a change

Took a long time to be delivered and delivery was poor parcelling torn and broken and delivery was meant to be between 9and 1 and it didn’t arrive until after 3.30 meaning a wasted afternoon. The product was well made but could have been lighter for someone like me who will only be using it occasionally

Good and professional service

I’m afraid that my experience was not good and full of frustration. I still have not received the lawnmower after multiple attempts of trying to contact anyone who was of help especially tnt or fedex whoever it might be. It was only today that someone let me know it would be delivered on Monday so you can imagine what the lawn looks like and for someone who’s 76yrs in July. I look forward to your comments regards Oliver Smith
