Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Barely sat down and appointment was ready, so no time wasted waiting around. We needed a blood test and it was no stress to get numbing cream for my daughter and just told to go and get a drink whilst waiting for it to work and then an incredibly kind and patient lady Vicky, who took my daughters bloods as she’s terrified and she was just lovely about it! Overall a very positive experience!
