Helmet arrived used
Helmet arrived used - hair on the inside, dent and scratches on the outside. it was expensive giro ski helmet. delivery was also painful slow so overall terrible experience and i will avoid buying from them ever again.

Small print does not make sense, they charged me extra fees for no reason
Their fees are so high compared to credit cards you would expect good customer service. I've been trying to make a complaint for weeks and I'm getting no where.
My advice is read the small print, although I did and I'm still not happy with how the paypal fees have been charged.
