Borderline scamming customers.
Always bought my trainers via retailers; rather than direct. So this time I thought I'd go direct to secure the colour way I wanted.. what a mistake. They took a week and a half to even dispatch my trainers, their bot system doesn't allow you to contact any real human until it is severely delayed. Their "Express Shipping" took a further 6 days to deliver. Then when I wanted to return one of my two purchases their website gave me a persistent error, I had to then fight my way through the bot chat again, finally spoke to someone who manually arranged it, told me I could request a collection from RoyalMail but wasn't able to provide me the address label that RM required due to data privacy.. so after a lot of hassle I had my local postie return my package as a "return to sender" with all the paper work attached for returns. They received it almost immediately, the tracker system showed that on their returns page, however it then took 23 days for them to inspect the item, plus a further 7 working days to return the money. If you HAVE to purchase through their website and want to make a return; I suggest you send the item back and then be prepared to make a credit card charge back.
