Excellent value &service

After recently being ripped off by another Facebook seller I was rather wary when I placed my order with Pawfecthouse. I needn’t have been. Ordering was very simple and clear. Even I got it right 🤣 I placed the order and four days later my beautiful Dog mat arrived which looked even better than the website. I will definitely be ordering again and so will two of my friends because when they saw my item they asked for the site details. You need not have any concerns buying from this supplier

Bogus phoney sites and tracking info

Placed a order for M&S clothing on the 22/04/2023 after seeing this site on Facebook. Needless to say the order never arrived. After emails back and forth they said they were sending another order and surprise that never turned up either. I wish I had done research via TP, paid with credit card so I have my money back but banks and governments need to start investigating these and Facebook need taking to task as well for allowing them to advertise. My story is echoed by everyone on this review but I'm a dog with a bone and wont let it rest. I will put scammers alerts on every sales site I see on facebook !!!
UPDATE
After emailing them since I posted this review and telling them bluntly they were scammers and about Track 678 they denied it all and said they were genuine and I could also try track 718. I think they should try a railway track as quite clearly we are not all wrong !!!!

Substandard Service

You scored 1 because 0 was not a option. I ordered a item from Germany but after I hit the Paypal payment send button I realized Paypal had not updated my address. I contacted the supplier immediately as I had no response from Paypal who sent the correct information to UPS on Monday. I also set up a UPS account to track the parcel and have monitored this all week. It showed the correct address label had been received by UPS and this morning I received a delivery slot of 08:30-12:15 At 17:20 I received a delivery notification and UPS had delivered it to my old address!!! I also rang UPS this morning to confirm the address had been updated and was told it had. When I rang UPS the best they could suggest was to contact the supplier. It was not the suppliers mistake and when I rang this afternoon I was told the address had NOT been updated. Fortunately my Daughter lives close by my old address and she was able to retrieve the parcel. Do not use this Courier service as Customer care is very low on their list of priorities!!!!!

I’ve ordered the geek bar pro several…

I’ve ordered the geek bar pro several times but the last couple of occasions I’ve found a couple to run out fairly quickly. On saying that I’ve always been happy with the products. I’ve recently changed to the elux legend and found it very very good. Not missed cigarettes at all. Excellent value for money

Superstars

I have had two soon to be three vehicles from this branch and everyone from Superstar Salesman Johnathan, Danielle on the Service reception and Dave and the lads in Servicing are absolute gems. I have always used them for my car service and mots and found their service and prices to be really competitive and seeing as they are a main dealer I’ve found them to be cheaper than other independents I have used. See you all on the 9th to collect my new baby. Oh and they make fantastic coffee too xx

Fantastic product

Fantastic product. I smoked forty a day and have been on Geekbar for a week and never wanted a cigarette once. Also my chest is great since leaving the cigarettes alone xx

I only gave one star as zero was not a…

I only gave one star as zero was not a option. I have been trying to speak to someone about my issue for five days now by phone, chat and email and asked for call backs none of which have been successful. Phone call was cut off by advisor who clearly couldn’t be bothered. Online chat also cut me off. Call back requested not received. Spoke to Sam on Facebook forum who said they would look into it .........nothing. Spoke to Steve on Facebook forum who asked me to pm him when I asked how he never replied. But I have discovered the perfect solution to solve my problem. I have cancelled the direct debit and in the process of switching suppliers. I guarantee I’ll get contact from ScottishPower now and guess what?????? I’ll ignore you in the same way you have ignored me !!!!!!!!

Fantastic xxx

I am now on my second tube of this cream. I have terrible dry elbows and a dry patch of skin on my body. I have used several creams over the years and found them okay but have had to reapply after a few hours. I haven’t needed to use this cream for at least three days after application. I like the fact it is non scented so does not mix smells when I use perfume. Also I’ve read it is made from completely natural ingredients, even the tube is made from sugar cane so it’s also environmentally friendly. Definitely worth the price and the five star rating I have given it.

Private taxi transfers purchased to be put on coaches !!!!

Just returned from a holiday booked with teletext. The hotel and holiday resort was fantastic and that’s where the good comments end. Upon booking it said book for a low deposit of £49 but upon booking was told the deposit was £750? Of course I wanted to book the holiday so ended up paying this. I booked in May but wasn’t going till December but I was told I had to pay the costs of the flights as deposit. When I booked I requested and paid for a private taxi transfer. Upon arrival no taxi and when I rang the number I had been given I was told to go and see the person at desk number 6 where there were approximately 80 other people already queueing. When it was my turn I asked where our private taxi was only to be told “ Yourdown as shuttle service “ when I asked what that was I was told your coach is on stand C1. I explained that I had paid for a private taxi and again was told “ well your on a coach” The reason I booked a private taxi transfer was because it said transfer time from the airport was approximately 75 minutes. I didn’t fancy being dragged all over dropping everyone off at various hotels after being on the go since 2am and so thought this the better option. Again on our return journey we were boarded on a coach so WHAT did I pay for ?????? I haven’t bothered to complain to teletext holidays as it seems no responses are forthcoming from them upon reading the reviews on here. I wouldn’t have even bothered with a review but I have just spoken to a freind of mine who also booked with teletext holidays and had also requested and paid for private taxi transfers as his partner is disabled and they did the same with them. His partner could not physically board a coach so he ended up paying €48 to get a private taxi to take them to their hotel and again the same on his return journey. I wonder how many more people this has happened to? Nice little earner eh Teletext Holdays. You’ve only got 3 stars because the hotel was absolutely fantastic but none of the credit goes to you. Also your customer service department needs to have agents who can speak and understand English as the guy I dealt with when booking couldn’t understand half of the conversation and his manner left a lot to be desired !!!!

Took my Mokka into Wilsons Vauxhall of…

Took my Mokka into Wilsons Vauxhall of Bolton after the car went into limp mode and having it straight into my local garage who informed me it was a fuel pressure bar problem and a main dealer only job.It was booked into Vauxhall for the Monday morning and I explained I would have to leave the vehicle on the sunday due to work commitments. "No problem" they said. Took it on the Sunday and Vauxhall told me they weren't allowed to accept it and would have to bring it in on the Monday??? Thankfully the very helpful guy at BOC Car Sales Bolton who I bought it from said he would drop it off on the Monday. After them having it all day Monday they rang to say it was a fuel filter and would cost £98 to change it. I told them I didn't believe that was the problem but nevertheless agreed for them to change it. That was on the 16th of September. The car ran fine until I came to go on the motorway and again it went into limp mode. Fortunately I had it booked into my regular garage near work that day for a full service. I told my mechanic of the problem and he said he would look at that first. He rang a little while later to ask when the fuel filter was last changed and I told him 4 weeks to the date as this was the 16th of October.He stated that the fuel filter was black and not white as would have been expected and he also stated that the fuel pressure bar was most likely the cause. I had the full service done as arranged and collected the car later that day. On the way home yes you've guessed it the car went into limp mode and all the usual symptons appeared again. I went back to Vauxhall the next day as I wanted them to sort out the initial problem and not fob me off again. The vehicle is covered under warranty so the suspected fault would have been covered under that warranty but after seeing the fuel filter they had put on they then said they would have to strip it down to see if they could find the fault and they wanted £500 just for the labour and no promise that they would look at the suspect part that two independent garages have stated as the fault. Needless to say they were told where to get off. I have been back to the dealer and the very good mechanic that they use all the time but because he is so good theres a bit of a wait is going to look and repair the vehicle. added to this the day following the service and the limp mode experience the dashboard came up oil level low, check levels. I did check the next day when the engine had cooled and the oil level was low even though it had had 5.6 litres of oil put in on the service the day before. I topped up the oil and later on that day discovered a puddle of oil on the floor I did not drive the car after that but checked the oil level the day after and it was bone dry. So now Im left with a lemon parked on the front of my house waiting for the real mechanic to contact me. Theres no point putting oil in until this happens. It was my first and last experience of Vauxhall and the Lemons they sell but it is the last. On my way home I called into Hyundai of Bolton and purchased a new vehicle as I have had 4 vehicles of this make and no problems what so ever. If your looking for a new vehicle AVOID VAUXHALL COMPLETELY !!!!!!!
