I bought the propolis balm for my sister who has bad dermatitis on her hands. She had tried everything and nothing would help. I found this and within 2 days now it has helped clear it up so much ! She said her hands no longer hurt and is really healing! I also had an issue with Royal Mail and Suzi in customer service helped me so quickly to get a replacement out to me ASAP. Thank you !!

I heard a lot about this site from friends and decided to have a look after the opticians tried to charge me double for one pair of glasses. I loved being able to choose a home trial and get frames delivered for free to see if they suit me. I ordered 2 pairs and they came very quickly and I love them ! The prices are amazing too !!

We went into the Chester branch today after not knowing there was a shop and Hannah was extremely helpful and gave such great advice ! Everything there is amazing quality and the quality of the customer service from Hannah sealed the deal for me so thank you !!

I have just come from having dinner at the Cosy Club in Manchester and it was amazing ! I’ve never been here before and have always wanted to try it. The cocktails were incredible and the deal on them was amazing ! I just want to say how lovely all of the staff were and they made it even more of a pleasant experience so thank you !!

I had won a competition on one of Hello Fresh’s social media pages and Paul rang me today to sort it all out for me. Paul was so enthusiastic and rang me back at a better time for me as I was in work, he made everything so easy and he was amazing ! My friend has had Hello Fresh before and the recipes are so simple to follow and the choices of meals are great ! I’ve placed my order and I’m very excited to start trying out what’s in my box !

I’m so happy I found Path Counselling !! Mahdi my counsellor was so helpful and he helped me work on a lot of areas in my life and I feel so much better ! Great experience even for me as I don’t like talking openly about my issues but I’m so glad I did. Thank you so much !

Jake from the customer care team rang me to help me with my tickets and couldn’t have been more helpful ! He helped me out with my ticket problems and was so lovely about it and I just wanted to say thank you for helping me out with my stressful situation of only buying 1 ticket rather than 2 ! It was great to be able to talk to a person about it and someone who was really nice too. I know people are quick to complain so I wanted to be quicker to compliment.
