Awful customer service

For several months boosts are charged on my account, I never asked for any !!

I am tired of this company stealing money from me

From sales to fitting, as always, the service was perfect once again

Products are first class and prices are great

Annual boiler service completed again, arrived on time and did a perfect job , why would you use anyone else ?

Great venue, food and drink was good and staff were excellent

I asked many questions before placing an order for an SC project exuast can for my Superduke and the guys were brilliant.

Although the exhaust can took approx 10 weeks to arrive against an estimated 3-5 week timeline, I was kept updated throughout and its autumn / winter anyhow 😉

The team are perfectly helpful and respond to questions promptly and I would buy again from here

My 4th, yes 4th order... perfect

This set will light up a dark corner for my recycling,.they come on at dusk and brighten when movement is detected and only £16 for 2 with a 2 year guarantee !

This is my third order and once again the light arrived promptly and appears to be of a high quality👌

2 days to charge and hold the on swith for 3 seconds and its done, no cables... they just work !! ☀️💡

Lights arrived promptly and in good order. They were smaller than I was expecting and are superb, so my old mains powered floodlight is no longer required
I feel assured with the 2 year gurantee also as solar lights are commonly failed after a year of rain in my experience.

These appear to be well made and 'do the job'

One point that I almost failed on is the 'hold the on button for 3 seconds to switch on'

Anyhow, I have now placed my throd order in a week for lights from SPV , thanks

Well if you have ever experienced the workmanship of Dean and team you'll already know that theres no one better 👌

Today was the first annual boiler service, boiler is now set inside a cabinet, not ideal but as always nothing's a problem for Dean and the job was done 👍

Then there was some old radiator piping to tidy up and again a perfect job, no fuss👍

As always the perfect job and not a single bit of mess left behind, not even a biscuit crumb 👌

We were blessed to have 'Jones The Gas' install a gas boiler 🔥and to decomission our very old oil fired boiler this week, the work ethic, customer engagement and the workmanship is way beyond our expectations 🏆🏆🏆🏆👌

We were kept informed throughout and each obstacle (legacy unknowns at the property) met was dealt with positively and with full transparency, a 100% can do atritude throughout , absolutely brilliant 👏

Dean and Kay are masters of the work which they undertake,👌 we were so fortunate to have them work here and I sincerely mean that😎👌

Work was done to time✔ cost✔ and quality✔(beyond expectations)🎖 and that's a tough challenge and they exceed🏆

Anyhow, if you need gas work undertaking I strongly recommend booking in on their unsurprisingly busy calendar🔥, you wont regret it 👍😎

20 minutes to get through amd agree a delivery date after returning a missed call

I was then offered a deliver date for September following my order several months ago, I asked for a different date to be told that there are no alternatives, why not just tell me when its coming via test if theres no alternative option ? !
