I already had an estate agent to sell my house, more the pity. However I contacted these guys to buy a bungalow and it was completed last week. They were more help than my estate agents who I was paying. Jo was outstanding and pushed the completion through to the end despite numerous obstacles , one being my buyer. But we got there in the end after a very stressful two weeks prior to completion.

I'd definitely recommend Group 1 Skoda Southend because there were issues but they did get sorted out

Bought my Win11 Pro licence for £35 which is a lot cheaper than MS but I could not activate it. I logged a ticket with their helpdesk and got a new license key which did activate. If I need a license for another PC I will be coming back to this site

First they lost my paperwork. When I emailed them the forms that I had scanned prior to posting they could not copy the information correctly and put all my details in incorrectly. I email them but they never reply and just seem to drag their heels. When I do ring them they were just about to mail me back. They quoted me 4-6 weeks to sort out my pension but now we are in the 7th week. They are either incompetent or just do not care
