Effective, amazing - 100% recommend

My son has suffered from severe eczema since birth. It has been so bad at times that he has been hospitalized due to skin infections caused by broken and thickened skin. We have spent countless nights trying to soothe his itch and pain, and the heartbreak has been immense. We tried everything—from medical treatments to various herbal remedies, even leaving it alone in the hope that his immune system would resolve the issues.

However, this amazing cream has done wonders for his skin. Slowly but surely, the thickened skin has smoothed out and (knock on wood) he hasn’t experienced any skin breakage since we started using it. We've reached a point where we only need to apply it every other day now. While it hasn’t cured the eczema, it has made it much more manageable, and our boy is far more comfortable in his skin. After six months of use, we have no intention of using anything else!

Nothing short of absolutely

Nothing short of absolutely, completely and utterly useless as a delivery company. The name change from Herpes to Evri has done zilch to improve service! Parcels "missing", no communication. Apparently delivery attempts were made, which is a lie. Then parcels sent back to sender, which still haven't arrived back with them. I will no longer shop with retailers that use Evri.

Avoid at all costs! Because, it will cost you!

Like so many others on Facebook. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchased items from Gymking. The item was not as expected. And I had to fight tooth and nail to get my refund issued. Eventually, I opened a case through PayPal. The customer service is a joke, they couldn't run a bath never mind a business. So unhelpful. I had to pay for the return. Which nowadays is almost unheard of. And the delivery of the item took a lot longer than I would have thought. It was days before it was even dispatched. They need serious improvement in their customer service areas and postage. I won't buy from them again. And I'll be making sure friends and family don't either.

Nothing short of shocking

Nothing short of shocking! And after reading the reviews of other's, I cannot believe that people even send things via them, let alone how they're still operating!

3 parcels, all of which I waited in all day for!! ... 1 parcel, was delivered, and apparently a picture was take of it at my door. When I spoke to the driver though, he said he couldn't gain access to the close (umm?), so he left it in the porch. I don't have a porch. Contacted Yodel, and I was told to check with neighbours, which I did. Parcel has vanished. Yodel then told me I had to take the issue up with sender! Other 2 parcels said they couldn't be delivered, I.WAS.IN.ALL.DAY!!!! I paid for next day, and have had nothing but absolute grief.

Delivery and service

Delivery and service, disappointing!

First, one of my parcels got lost in transit, which understandably may not be Superdry's fault but I bought items in the sale and of course they were no longer available once the situation was discovered, and it took me to get in touch with them to raise any concerns. They did refund the money, and quickly, which is fine, but it was bought as a gift for my son, so had to find an alternative and quickly.

Then, they use Hermes for the delivery, and the delivery person left two different parcels at two separate times underneath my door mat!!! Anyone could have walked by and taken it! And then what would have happened? A lost parcel that the courier says they delivered. Not acceptable!!

I won't ever buy anything online again for delivery! Which is a disappointment because the convenience of it should be a smooth process, and in this case, it was just a nightmare and not worth the stress.
