This review isn't about the actual restaurants themselves (my closest in Durham was great until it closed unexpectedly). I purchased a voucher from Estabulo a week before my local restaurant closed and the nearest is now around 2 hours away. I've tried to get a refund for the voucher and despite being told it has been processed, still haven't received the refund. Terrible customer services

Really poor service, order was due for collection on 30th September as per order confirmation email. No proactive communications from the company. I have chased twice now and I've still no idea whether my order has actually arrived for collection yet.

Excellent company to deal with, placed order one day received the delivery the next. Excellent helpful courier also and product all good, will definitely use total tiles again

Beware of this incompetent lot, after sales service on a used car I purchased from Evans Halshaw Blaydon 5 weeks ago has been non existent. Numerous messages to the branch and using customer concern form has been ignored. They don't want to know once they have your money!!

Excellent before moving home...i now cant view my account information and havent been able to on the app since moving home. Emailed the bulb helpdesk 4 times without any reply.....ill be changing my supplier as good service is key and I just cant trust bulb anymore
