Appalling service
Cancelled trains, had to pay another rail firm for travel.

Extremely difficult to apply for a refund. Wasted a good two hours over a few weeks phone calls and emails to b offered £3.20 refund

This is the same as Egyptian Magic, just dyed green, makes my skin look older. Does nothing for the eczema.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Anker Support / Customer Service.

Cherry was wonderful, she went above and beyond and we are very satisfied with the level of customer service received.

We have always purchased Anker products where possible, and will continue to do so.

Stay well away from this company, unfortunately we never looked at the the reviews until they tried to not return our deposit. All those reviews are true. It really is scandalous that these rogue landlords and letting agents are behaving this way. First it took over 40 days to return £3.000 and that is emailing and calling constantly and now they are trying to withhold £1.000.

I wish I had read all the other negative reviews before we trusted life residential. I really thought ours was an isolated case but withholding the deposit, not taking action with any complaints we had ie Washing machine breaking and no one seeming to care.

The best advice I could give is contact the deposit scheme that your deposit is held in and make a formal complaint. Then the small claims court it’s only £105.00 online ps it is against the law to charge for wear and tear.

Strangely enough I tried to raise a complaint through their website but have not been contacted by anyone at Life residential, however I did receive a complaint about the review I left so it’s clear that leaving honest reviews about their incompetence clearly hurts them
