Fault Switch Oled, don't give replacement!
I used this company for the first time to get a switch Oled, which went well with buy now pay later, but once I got the switch, I notice the fan making a grinding sound. This is where things got bad and customer service is awful! I phone up, told them the fault and was put through to Nintendo. Now under UK law the item is protected from fault for an amount of time. So of course, Nintendo told me the same thing, I phone back to send it back to be tested by very. They tell me I can't get a replacement because they company don't do that! any other company in the world can do that! But this company very special, they can't do that. Given this is a most wanted item, I got next to no chance of ordering it again, but I thought ok, I’ll send it back and take a chance on re-stock. Well, they lost the fault one, they not credit my account back and they say now after 2 weeks I can't even get the fault one back. Also, a re-stock happened and i had one in my basket, but of course by the time i got to pay, it was sold out! If I knew this company was this much of a pain, I would of gone elsewhere, I would even just sent my Switch to Nintendo! This is company is fine, till you have a problem and have to phone their call centre, which of course is on the other side of the planet and they awful! O really don't want to shop with them again! DO NOT USE VERY IF YOUR BUYING A ITEM THAT COULD GET A FAULT, BECAUSE THEY NOT REPLACE IT AND THEY MOST LIKELY LOSE THE ONE YOU SENT BACK!!!
