Burgers are good but the chips are has salty has the sea.

First off been going here for years when they use to not be many and was great experience, unfortunately lately with new one hoping near me, its gone down hill. Twice now i've order from Wimbledon and I got to say, the burgers are still good, but the rosemary chips are so bad now! Their more dry and so salty i feel like I just had seawater in my mouth with how dry they make my mouth. Can't even finish the chips. its that bad and yet we don't fet another options of chips. Even the people I was with complained about how salty the chips are there. Put me off them for awhile now. If you could just buy a burger without a side, that be good has the burgers are really nice.

Good experience

Order online during black friday and royal mail stirkes, took less then a few days to get here has it was sent tracking. Packaged well and all good.

Got to store fast, damaged item!

So I order an item a few days ago for store collection, it came in a few days early then expected. Why there 2 stars and the staff was very nice.
but the problem is, the item is badly damaged, there seems to be no QC. I brought a trunk which had a dent in it and machines marks around the handles that taken off the paint. I went on the chat to be told to take it back to store. I don't drive and had to carry it home and now I got to take it back, I can still use it but it's not new at all, badly damaged, at most a partial refund was offered I would just taken it. but now I'll have to drag it all the way back to the store.

Fast delivery, no problems

order a few items in a sale, came within a few day, thought the items was split into 2, but overall everything didn't take long to come and all was in brand new condition. No problems.

Lost package and then doesn't refund for lost of item

Don't let the change of name fall you. I sent a item awhile back that got lost, they finally admitted to losing it, but then too 30 working days to get back to me (where I lost items with royal mail and they took 3 or 4 days) to tell me I option for postable item and will not get any cover money back for the item they lost! what a con! royal mail doesn't have that with there items, but Hermes yes REMEMBER THIS IS HERMES NOT EVRI!!! doesn't cover it if you select postable. I'll never use these company again! royal mail should thank you because you made me decided to go back to them and never use you guys again!!! you lost a customer here and I hope people don't get failed by your name changed, your one of the worse delivery companies about!

Fine when nothing goes wrong, but when it does its a nightmare

I write this review has my parcel I have sent has been being sorted for 10 days now it seems, try to contact customer service and all you get is a robot on the chat, I didn't know how to report the item has been missing has its not moved for so long. I finally figure out you have to click on something else and then you can say it’s not moved for over 24 hours, but still no human on the chat. Just we sent off you enquire to a human! Really should hire a human to be on the chat, it’s really bad service. I think I just pay the extra and go back to Royal Mail.

Still waiting on refund!

So here I am again, Order I item from zavvi back at the start of December. A week past and nothing, no information about the itme being sent. I fired off a message to zavvi has I need this item has a gift in a few days. told it wasn't sent yet but its being processed by warehouse. Got told it be sent soon. a other week past and nothing. I contact them and was told the same but now they try to cancel it. a week later it finally got sent when it was too late and I had order the item from amazon a week before because they faster and it came a day later with them.
Now I ask to return it, I waited to do this after new years now. I then see I had to pay postage, another email fired off, got told I would get a refund. sent item back and more weeks past and nothing. sent a email saying I would told I get a refund for postage, was told OK and it take 3 to 5 working days and guess what no refund. had to chase them up again and I got my postage refunded! who... but still no refund for the item, finally a email comes saying item has been received and will get a refund. Another 5 working days past and you got it, no refund! so again contact them and told 3 to 5 working days.that was a week ago now and I've just sent another email saying no refund been paid and that if they keep this up I will go to my bank! This company is ok till there a problem with your order and then its becomes a nightmare!!! all this because they refused to cancel an item back in the 2nd week December! Zavvi really needs to overall there system and warehouse because this is a joke for a £20 refund I've had to chase up over and over and over and over and over again!

normally great, but don't offer replacement

Order some stuff over the Black Friday weekend and it came today and a t-shirt I order came in Reg size when I order long, I talk to there online chat and was told can't order a replacement, have to reorder, but they have to add the discount code so I can order it again with the discount I got over black Friday weekend, I didn't know what it was and just got the oh sorry. I had to spend an amount to get the discount to work, stuff I didn't wanted added to order because it was still cheaper to do that and now its like wrong size, oh well, no replacement. annoying.

Fault Switch Oled, don't give replacement!

I used this company for the first time to get a switch Oled, which went well with buy now pay later, but once I got the switch, I notice the fan making a grinding sound. This is where things got bad and customer service is awful! I phone up, told them the fault and was put through to Nintendo. Now under UK law the item is protected from fault for an amount of time. So of course, Nintendo told me the same thing, I phone back to send it back to be tested by very. They tell me I can't get a replacement because they company don't do that! any other company in the world can do that! But this company very special, they can't do that. Given this is a most wanted item, I got next to no chance of ordering it again, but I thought ok, I’ll send it back and take a chance on re-stock. Well, they lost the fault one, they not credit my account back and they say now after 2 weeks I can't even get the fault one back. Also, a re-stock happened and i had one in my basket, but of course by the time i got to pay, it was sold out! If I knew this company was this much of a pain, I would of gone elsewhere, I would even just sent my Switch to Nintendo! This is company is fine, till you have a problem and have to phone their call centre, which of course is on the other side of the planet and they awful! O really don't want to shop with them again! DO NOT USE VERY IF YOUR BUYING A ITEM THAT COULD GET A FAULT, BECAUSE THEY NOT REPLACE IT AND THEY MOST LIKELY LOSE THE ONE YOU SENT BACK!!!

Order some steelbooks from zavvi

Order some steelbooks from zavvi, most times they come in about a week or less. When had trouble, contacted customer service, which isn't the greatest but has got better over the years.

Everything good

Order some steelbook and they came in fine condition. Had no problems with them. They did come at different time she's zavvi seems to sent them out one at a time and not together. I guess it protects the steelbooks more? Thought I think it a waste of cardboard. Other then that its all good.

Good condition steelbooks

Order two steelbooks from cex, came in a few days. Was surprised ther ein good condition. Just some minor print chips. No problems with them at all.
