Bake at Home service is appalling. Delivery delayed by DPD which spoiled the delivery (need to be kept refrigerated). Impossible to contact Rudys. No phone or social media contacts. Emails are ignored. I contacted my York store who did their best to help but admitted that the Bake at Home service which is run from Manchester isn't good and they struggle to reply to customer emails. I have had to go to my credit card provider to apply chargeback to recover my costs. Good pizzas if they arrive before being spoiled by not being kept refrigerated.

I don't recommend using this bank if based outside Northern Island. I had 2 savings accounts with them and closing them in both experiences has been painful and takes so much time. It's the worst banking experience I've had, worsened by poor customer service and ability to contact them. I will not be using them again however good their savings rates are.

I’ve now had 2 recent experiences where cash back hasn’t tracked. Coincidentally both were large purchases or large % cash back with hotels.com and Surfshark. When appealing there seems to be no compromise from Topcashback. I find cashback tracking a bit hit and miss. If you’re prepared to be disappointed then you’ll be satisfied with the service.

What a terrible service provider. I cancelled my contract in accordance with the terms of my contract. They acknowledged and agreed. However they continue to bill me after the contract end date and failed to disconnect my service. It’s easy to join this service but very difficult and expensive to leave them.

Came here after being let down by Animed who delayed my cats prescription for almost a week. VetMediUK reviewed my cats prescription and dispatched immediately. I received within 48 hours of placing my order. I will definitely return and can highly recommend.

Website states exemplary customer service. My experience was only poor customer service. Three calls made in one day to customer service to check order progress on urgent medication for my cat. Failure from their vets to make contact with my prescription provider to resolve a query has caused delay and distress in receiving the medication needed. I went to this company based on their Trustpilot score and I have been let down by their inability to support.

Really appreciated the follow up contact from Eurochange following my review. I was contacted immediately and they quickly resolved the issue. Really pleased with how they responded. I'm now a happy customer!
Online order for collection. Disappointed to receive almost all very high denomination notes of $50. When I asked the branch in York if smaller denominations were available they refused to offer as it wasn’t policy.
The website doesn’t make available the request for mixed denominations.
Good rates but unhelpful and questionable customer service.

Still waiting after 2 months for D&G to get an Engineer to come out to fix my AEG oven. A first attempt to repair failed. Appointments continually made and cancelled by their appointed repairers Pacifica as they struggle with Engineer availability to support York. The Repair and Care policy so far has been a complete waste of money which supposedly provides assurance that I can relax - we have you covered!! A complaint has been registered with a promise to respond within 24 hours. After almost a week, I'm still waiting for my complaint to be acknowledged. Very poor service...but I remain in hope that D&G will respond to me and I'll eventually have my oven repaired

We needed an urgent total refurbishment of a downstairs utility and wet room due to severe water damage to the floor and sub floor. Gary and his team responded quicker than anybody we contacted. He also came up with ideas to effectively rebuild the area better than anybody else. We felt prioritised throughout the rebuilding process. We are extremely pleased with the end result. Clare and Karen in Customer Services never failed to pick up the phone when we called and help answer any questions we had. I can’t recommend highly enough this team based on my experience.

I’ve only used this company once. I booked a flight on their website. The ticket I received was not that which was advertised and booked. I was booked into a lesser class having booked the advertised business class seat. When I eventually got through to them after a very long wait, they promised to look into it. After 2 months, I still haven’t received any reply.
To make matters worse, the flight was recently cancelled and I was rebooked to another flight arriving a day later. I’ve enquired about a refund. They can only be contacted by email, not by phone to their rebookings dept. They have not replied to me. This company is quick to take your money but in these uncertain times their customer service is seriously poor. I will never use this company again.
