Quick to pick up phone (so rare these days). Kenny understood the issue (slightly complex addition of my mother’s account to my app), waited for me to call my mother, sorted the problem, and got me to check to see that my app had updated. A great example of the excellent customer service that Octopus prides itself on. Thank you.

I was a bit worried about using a picture from my camera, but am absolutely delighted with the results. The splasback was better than I could have hoped for and with the holes pre-drilled easy to install. The company were helpful with delivery times too. And they answer the phone directly when you call - very rare these days. All in all an excellent experience.

Easy to use. Great to have free postage. Lost a little value and not sure why (just over 10%). Would use again.
