Shocking Experience. I paid for buyer protection, the delivery was not received from relay their courier. The driver took a blank picture and stole the packages. Vinted say as it’s marked as delivered they won’t do anything and I have to contact their courier. Relay said I’m not their client, Vinted is and only Vinted can sort this through them and they can’t accept responsibility. Vinted say the opposite. Hats off to them on a great SCAM!👍🏼

Great Experience claimed back £12,000 in less than 14 days and the team were great to deal with. Looking forward to claiming again with them next year. Not only did they do my expenses but they handled my marriage tax allowance too. I don’t do crypto but Aparently they can help with tax filings on that as well which I though was good for those involved in that

Horrible service, absolute scam when it comes to customer service and obligations and billing to. Never dealt with a worse company

Promised to have the full kitchen before Xmas the sales agent and management at wren Bolton. Once the contract was signed and a huge amount of cash taken from me I was informed half the kitchen would come before Xmas and half after so after asking for a refund for the other half of the kitchen so I could source elsewhere to have in the time promised by them they said to my face that would be fine then after leaving the work shop they said there is nothing they can do and fobbed my off to customer services who then try to pencil onto their finance agreement to suit them as apposed to refunding the amount which was less than the amount given in the deposit. Absolute fraudulent scams being allowed to go on by management in wren Bolton! And all they say is we will send an email to customer care but nothing we can do. They have finally come back to me saying they will send me a cheque and refund for the parts that won’t come by xmas and I am currently waiting to see if anything will be done about my complaint
