Ended up returning an item and it cost…

Ended up returning an item and it cost me more than I paid for the actual item! I will not buy from them again . They charge a return fee of £3.50 and their post and packaging is £4 so you are down £7.50 if you return anything.

Even though I never got a response…

Even though I never got a response quick enough- which was fine as they state how long they will take to contact you and they were within this time -I had a really quick delivery. Will definitely use again! Thanks
