Pre ordered 6x pizzas and 3x dips Saturday afternoon for delivery in the evening between 7:15 and 7:45 from their Leamington Spa branch.
Pizzas arrived on the back of a Deliveroo moped late and cold with no dips :-(
The moped riders ‘keep warm’ bag wasn’t big enough for all the pizzas not that it made any difference as they were all as cold as each other.
Given the high price and there’s no discounts for takeaways I wouldn’t use them again and they owe me £5:50 for the dips that never arrived.
I emailed Rudy’s the day after to let them know of my experience in an attempt to let them put things right and make me feel like a valued customer but I haven’t received a reply hence this poor review.
My recommendation to Rudy’s would be - sack off Deliveroo they are ruining your wonderful pizzas at the final stage and either do collection only or get a proper delivery driver.
If you are in the Warwick/Leam area I’d recommend Red Hot Mammas Pizzas which are not only delicious they take 20% off takeaways if you collect.

Used to love ebay, made some good money clearing out my old junk over the years... but now they've changed things so much they've ruined it for sellers.
Once I've got rid of my last few items I'm out of it. The worst thing is their own forced postage system - no longer can I arrange for Royal Mail to collect a parcel and bring the sticky label with them - I have to print the label and I don't have a printer so I have to make a 5 mile round trip to take my parcels to the nearest shop - it's hardly worth the effort.
And on a separate note... I came across someone clearly selling fake counterfit Ralph Lauren tshirts so I clicked to report it... ebay came back and said I was wrong and they're all fine - I looked into it further and ebay had used an AI bot to look into my claim - clearly that AI bot is useless!! so if you want to sell your counterfit products just list them on ebay they won't notice!!!

Super efficient and easy. After I booked and they collected item next day and delivered the day after. I would recommend.

This is the first time I used this supplier and in the 20 days since I placed my order and they took my money I’ve heard nothing from them. We are now 2 days past the expected delivery date and no oil has arrived yet. In future I will use Boilerjuice, NRG or Fueltool who in my experience are more communicative and very often deliver ahead of schedule.

Really nice place for a day out but sadly poor quality food. Cheese was really disappointing, small selection and the cheddar was more like a Gouda, the scotch eggs were dry and the sausages were average. Wouldn’t visit again.

100% recommend and will use again. Fast, efficient, courteous and value for money.
