Out of date product

I wrote a previous review as they sent me the body product when I had ordered the face cream. I contacted the company and they apologised and sent out the correct item this arrived today the product is now correct but they have sent me an out of date cream Expiry 01/26, the review I’d heard was good and that’s what made me try the product but now I’m really doubting this company as I have read on someone else’s review that it had also happened to them, I will wait to see if they can get it correct on the third occasion and if not will be raising a charge back through my credit card company

We would like to clarify the situation regarding the "Expiry 01/26" mark you noticed. We’ve had a few printing mistakes on our recent batch of labels which has caused some understandable confusion. Please rest assured that your cream is perfectly fresh; all of our products have a 12-month shelf life from the moment they are opened, rather than a strict calendar expiry date.

To make up for the earlier inconvenience, we actually upgraded your order to a larger jar at no extra cost, which our records show should have arrived with you today.

We truly value your support and want you to feel 100% confident in our skincare. If you have any further concerns or didn't see our previous emails, please reach out to us directly at hello@fatcowskin.com so we can assist you personally.

Do not purchase anything from this unprofessional company

Very unprofessional company I purchased the Tend Focus device but this did not help my condition as advertised so I returned it weeks ago under the 90 day guarantee, I’ve chased my refund up many times but keep getting told everytime by Kim Moll that it has been processed which it obviously hasn’t and I just keep getting fobbed off, so I have now had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to obtain my money back.

Avoid this company

So I called to cancel any future orders to be told I couldn’t for another 7 months they were completely unhelpful and not interested in helping me, so I’ve put a review on here and they have responded with this - We've tried to reach out to you directly to resolve this but unfortunately have been unsuccessful. So what I’d like to know is why didn’t they help me the first time I called and it’s taken a negative review for them now to want to help me when they was adamant nothing could be done?

* Edit I don’t want to deal with a company that is unwilling to help you until you give them a negative review!!!

I would not of given one star but zero wasn’t an option

Called to cancel any future orders and was told this could not be done as apparently I have another 7 months to go before I can do this because I am tied in like a “Sky contract” I was told which I had never agreed to or signed up for. I won’t ever deal with them again. Do not use this company they are totally unhelpful and unprofessional and are signing people up to contracts without their knowledge very underhand!!!

Disgusting Customer Service …

I purchased the foaming cleanser which I loved then went on to purchase 3 more as they had an offer on but when I went to use the first one the smell wasn’t the same and it smelt rancid I contacted them to be told that it didn’t sound right and to open the other two which I did and they smelt the same was then told there was nothing they could do so I’m now left with 3 opened products that I cannot use and I’ve had no response since avoid using this company at all costs shocking customer service. I would have given one star but it wasn’t an option.

Excellent Customer Service

I visited the Bridlington store on King Street as was considering having a nose piercing but was quite nervous, I was lucky enough to have Jasmine speak to me who explained everything in full and answered all my questions put my mind at rest, she was kind, patient and knowledgable, and nothing was to much trouble, I had the piercing done and I am extremely pleased and would recommend the store and Jasmine if anyone is considering having one done, thank you again!
