Amazing delivery. The print was well packaged with clear instructions on how to hang it (I bought the hanging kit, well worth the money)

It was unfortunate, but I had to return a product bought from VAX (nothing wrong with the item, just not what I thought it would be)
The return process was very smooth, and handled by Aaron through the LIVE CHAT service.
One thing to note, the automated chat bot that you first encounter, doesn't offer a 'Returns' option so I typed it in, (for good reason by VAX no doubt, after all they don't want people returning products)

Plenty of notice of my renewal, process to renew was very easy and the price offered was very competitive (although not the cheapest on the comparison sites) but a few pound more is better to stay with a good company......
