Correct part delivered next day. Brilliant 🤩

Too many small parts. I haven’t started the assembly yet. I think the product will be fine whenever I complete it. I was expecting 3 shelves and an easily assembled frame to fit the shelves to. My fault for not checking how many parts there were. Probably “hundreds”, at 77 it’s a challenge.

I still have not received the goods

Package dropped on doorstep driver rang doorbell at same time and went away without even waiting for one second. The parcel was left in clear view of passing pedestrians. We were not at home and when I activated my video doorbell he was gone. All captured on CCTV. I appreciate that couriers are busy at this time of year however if he had waited 5 seconds I could have told him where to place in in a safe location. Pity

Delivered on time , products a little smaller than expected, otherwise all great

fast speedy delivery - it came 3 days earlier that notified by text. I had to collect it at a DHL depot which was not a problem but I had arranged to be home on the advised date.
