I'm driver and uber eats flagged my account as numbers of orders not delivered wich is absolute lie . I have no undelivered orders don't want a comment the app is glitch , too many locations wrong on the app. And uber said have numbers of orders not delivered, and especially for them I have all of my trips recorded on cam and can approve every single order been delivered to the correct customer

Poor service. They offering they got something in stocks in their selected branch and the actually don't have it and just lock your money .also they don't want to cancel the order the consumer service very rude not acceptable behaviour. Absolute rubbish.

Absolutely poor costumer service ,6 months im trying to resolve my problem with wrong electric meter serial number, even a fuse finder from ovo energy been already at my home and took a photos and approve the right serial number , they didnt update it on the system and i still cant provide any meter reading , but they keep charging my accound with `SPACE` bills and no action on them behalf.
When i call them every time have to wait 45-50 mins and when i`ve tryed to explain what the problem is they just hang up !!!

Do not use this site at all it is fraudulent I've ordered 2 bottles of supplements before 1 week and the order is still in process. There no chance to contact with them via phone call .DONT USE THEM THIS IS FRAUD

The order is not late and we are not a fraud as you mentioned. We are always happy to help if you follow regular means of communication and timeframe.

Ive been there as worker just for 1 day and half and on the 2nd day i've threatened by simple worker , and i did a complaint for that 1hour and half later i had a phone call from the agency that send me there and they said nothing of that i had reported is true, but im not surprised coz the manager there is the samae nationality as the worker who involved me !!!

Absolute poor service . they dont care about the costumers at all .Today ive did a complaint for Fraud and the lloyds bank adviser didnt provide any help even the opposite - the adviser protecting the frauder !!!
