Company just straight up is stealing from their customers. I never received my order and they wont refund me for the order or the shipping. Dont buy from them unless you want to be left with no money and no item. Really terrible customer service.

used to be good but half ads are old but still marked as new.

Thanks for your feedback. We have automated systems in place to remove ads after a period of inactivity for any advertiser who has neglected to remove their ad once it has been taken. We understand how frustrating this can be and do our best to keep the listings as current as possible.
If you see any ads that are no longer available or you'd like to bring an ad to our attention, please use the 'report ad' feature or contact our Customer Service Team using customerservices@spareroom.com. They're available 7 days a week.

Greedy price gouging. TUI has far better customer service and value. Wouldn't book again.

honestly the worse customer service i have ever experienced vodaphone literally only care about selling you their products and once they have they couldnt care less about their customers or helping them as soon as my contract ends i will be searching for a more decent phone company beware of this phone service
