I’ve purchased some sunflower seeds on the 7th March and I’m still waiting for delivery. Have sent an email requesting the seeds be sent as soon as possible but not heard a thing 😌

The White Collection range to include Winter Spice is purely designed to trick people like me into thinking this is really a White Company product. Not realising the subtle change in name I fell for this trick, well done Boots you must be proud. In way of feedback the winter spice is tolerable however the gingerbread cabin spice is offensive just awful. I’m annoyed at myself for letting my defences down I didn’t expect Boots to stoop so low.

The sizes were a great fit as advertised feel lovely on and represent good value for money. Delivery was quick as well what’s not to like

I know my mistake ordered a size 6 trainer and realised when order was confirmed that I had ordered a child’s size 6 by mistake. Immediately requested the order be cancelled and ordered the correct adult size 6 trainer for my daughter.

After several days the order for the trainers I wanted was annoyingly cancelled and refunded however the child’s trainers order was confirmed. A further e mail requesting these to be cancelled was met with a “nothing we can do response “. Utterly fed up with the lack of customer service for something that was a simple mistake that should have been easily rectified..

I was not expecting the tree so quickly and in such good condition thanks to the packaging.

Went to the Manchester branch Sunday afternoon looking for a small mig welder to make garden gates and mend my landrover chassis. Nearly finished the gate project all going well was concerned that the Mig 90 wouldn't do the 3mm gauge but with a bit of practice hey looking good.

Great bunch of guys at the shop friendly and helpful, wish I had got the vat free offer though.
