Great variety of seeds at very competitive prices. First time I have ordered and would highly recommend.

First time I have ordered from here. Website said item was in stock, so purchase was made. Received an email the day after to inform me item was sold out and refund on the way. Total waste of time ordering from here.

Ordered a kitchen tap 19th 0ctober which was expected to arrive within 5 days. Received an email the day after to inform me that unfortunately the website was letting customers over order and the tap would be back in stock on 31st October. Company stated that they would send the tap the same day it came back in to stock if I wished to proceed with the order, or receive a refund. I confirmed that I was willing to wait and proceed.
I emailed company on 2nd November as had not received the item or any correspondence from them. I asked them if item had been sent, and if not to refund as could not wait any longer.
Still no answer from company after a few days, so opened a case with PayPal for a refund.
Still no response so expedited case with PayPal. Bathroom House then sent an email after expediting case, which apologised for late reply and to inform me they were cancelling the order as the tap was not expected in until 29th January next year. Paypal refunded the money in my favour.
Company are still selling and advertising the tap on their website as available for delivery in the next 3 to 5 days although item not available until next year. I will not deal with this company again or recommend to anyone.

First Shark stick Hoover I owned was brilliant. Picked up well and lasted nearly 3 years. Decided to buy the upright pet vacuum. I found this really difficult and akward to manoeuvre. Customer service were good when it was returned so decided to go for the anti hair wrap true pet flexi. Anti hair wrap does not work. Did not like reflexology as vacuum is wobbly when using. Picked up well fist couple of times using it, but needs emptying before finishing hoovering as only one chamber collects debris. The other one is useless. There are 2 speeds, but only works on slower speed when using nozzle only. I have probably used this vacuum about 20 times now and hate it. It does not pick up properly and feels very wobbly. Need to go over same spot about 5 times and still leaves bits behind. It is too late to send it back now. Dont know what had happened to their designs. The old one was much better. I cannot reccomend Shark to purchase a vacuum cleaner.

Took 18 days for medication to arrive. Contacted customer services after items did not arrive after 6 days. Waited another 3 days but Animed did not respond, so decided to go through PayPal resolution. Waited a further 5 days for a response, but still no reply so had to escalate the case. Animed did not bother to reply but items arrived 4 days after case escalated. Abominable service. I am really disappointed with them. They appear to be not bothered about their customers or customers pets that need these items. I will never recommend them to anyone or use their service again.
If they reply to this review will be a bonus because they should have taken the time to respond to initial correspondence.

Lovely personalised card, which was nice quality. However arrived in the post with corners battered, in a paper envelope. Moonpig need to post card in better outer cardboard packaging.

Price of tyres was good. However paid for wheel alignment up front when paying for tyres. The garage said that tracking automatically gets checked when tyres are fitted and only do wheel alignment if needed. If not needed then payment may not be refunded. Asda DO NOT explain this on their site and should not really be asking for this extra. I have contacted Asda regarding this matter about 4 weeks ago but they have not bothered to reply. If you buy tyres, do not pay for alignment up front.

Excellent service and communication. Very competitive prices. Would have no hesitation using again and recommending to others.

East to find a tradesman you may need. Quick replies and responses from skilled trades.

Company ensure that only trustworthy tradesman can advertise and have been extremely helpful to deal with. I can highly recommend this site and would definitely use again.
