Great cashback & easy process. We've been doing it for years & its amazing how it builds up.
Also love that you can boost cashback by taking it as vouchers to spend with a wide variety of retailers.

Only knocked one star off as I feel that the appeals process, responses and explanations for unpaid cashback have been poor on the very odd occasion that its happened.

Amazing customer service.
The sale item I ordered turned out to be out of stock.
I was offered a newer model at the same price which I accepted.
I explained that i was concerned that the delay would mean that i wouldn't recieve the item in time before i was off on holiday.
It was promptly despatched on 48 hour delivery as a result.
Every communication was friendly & helpful. No faceless big company, AI or standard messaging here.
What more could they have done?

I bought a lily bouquet instead of a Mothers Day card for my Mum. It was very well packaged & came with a lovely little gift card so that i could add a personal message. She loves it!
