The one thing that used to get me into…

The one thing that used to get me into morrisons was there superb freshly baked boule bread.( I used to compere it with good french bread) In the last few months something has changed, it is no longer the beautiful bread it once was.
Its such a shame but I now have no reason to buy their bread and other things while I,m there.
I used to do my main weekly shop there but now have little reason to go there.

Have tried to phone on several…

Have tried to phone on several occasions and got no answer.
tried in vain to contact you via this website to report drug abuse and noise and rubbish problems relating to 26 Ebourne Close, Kenilworth. CV82QG.
This seems to be the only way to report a complaint. Very poor service.

Very poor service.

Cheval mirror arrived broken. Very poor packaging in cardboard box with NOTHING TO PROTECT THE GLASS. Box appeared undamaged, so assume the mirror was packed after it had broken.
Oakworld would NOT REPLACE it . Wouldn,t touch oakworld again with a bargepole because of this poor service.
Would advise others to steer clear of them.

Good Afternoon & Thank you for your review, I have had a very detailed look into your case.

We at Oakworld will swapover, replace or refund any item whatsoever if the customer isn't happy with the item, all they have to do is report damages within 7 days or tell us they don't like it within 30 days (which is well above the 14 days that we are obliged to offer).

However it seems that you waited almost 2 MONTHS to report a problem to us with damage which I'm sure you can see our difficulty in ascertaining the cause.
With regards to the "very poor packaging" We transport hundreds of mirrors a month and we have on average 3 mirrors per year which are damaged.
