Often cheaper than bigger names but don’t be fooled. This is a large and professional company with significant buying power which they pass on to the customers.

Have made several purchases over the last year or two and to be honest, I'm really confused by the negative reviews. In my experience they have a quality website, have great deals on only quality products and deliver reliably and on time. Communication is spot on.
Look again and the majority of the negative reviews might actually come from the same source who seems angry with the world in general. Trust mine. Independent!

If it was a saving at all then it's only because the retail price for the cloth is almost a tenner.
Wish I'd just spent the £40 on items of my choice but hey.

Used to be great. Pricey, yeah but you get what you pay for.
That's simply not the case anymore. Don't know if the bosses have noticed, but covid and the associated shortages have been and gone, and prices are mostly working their way back to some sort of normal.
Not here.
It wouldn't be so bad... I think most Waitrose customers are happy enough that they're paying for something a bit better. But what exactly is better? Food goes off before the sell by date; availability is hit and miss, and some - not all- staff have lost the magic.
And the toilets? Oh my days! If they're not out of order, you really wish they were. It's impossible to use the ones in the Saltash store and still think about buying food.
All a bit of a shame really. Easy to see why M&S food are taking shar5at one end, and the discounters at the other

Great restaurant and really enjoy the breakfast whichis available all day. Staff really helpful and hard working young people.. where do they find them?!
Some silly prices in the shop and lots of pretentious customers, but that's understandable given the Tesla charging points in the car park.

To be honest, they go straight through me, but that's fine because it means I can sooner have the next one!

I've been buying components and clothing mainly from Merlincycles.com for over ten years. Their prices mean I've been able to get better equipment than if I'd bought elsewhere.
Probably spent thousands when you add it up. Zero issues, Zero delays. 1st class throughout every time.

I have dealt with this company for years. Always get a great deal and excellent service.
Occasionally have had a problem or two which can happen, and the response is always excellent. They really are a big company now but the service is still the same. Really happy to recommend this shop.

I used the offersame and made sure that I went into the free postage bracket.
Always use the products especially hydro tablets. Haven't had cramp for years and used to suffer on every ride. Usually buy from a supermarket. Wouldn't buy direct if only my ususual £5 or £10 spend due to unusually high postage charges.

Bought this Specialized bike top with uv protection for a cycling break in lanzarote after seeing it in bikebargains.
