A company that cons you. Avoid. They know that you have used the “one time only prime offer” three years ago but don’t alert you at the time of booking. Five hours later £89 is taken from you. They admit that customers are not reminded or given an opportunity to choose for themselves whether they should have prime at the time of booking. To hide information from a customer is dishonest.
To make it worse, prime offers you cancellation with instant credit refunds, via the app. The app tells you that a refund is dependent on airline fare conditions and refers you to the airline, where of course there is no flight refund.
Who is going to remedy this?
