A company that cons you

A company that cons you. Avoid. They know that you have used the “one time only prime offer” three years ago but don’t alert you at the time of booking. Five hours later £89 is taken from you. They admit that customers are not reminded or given an opportunity to choose for themselves whether they should have prime at the time of booking. To hide information from a customer is dishonest.
To make it worse, prime offers you cancellation with instant credit refunds, via the app. The app tells you that a refund is dependent on airline fare conditions and refers you to the airline, where of course there is no flight refund.
Who is going to remedy this?

Beautiful quality cashmere, but…..And still no contact from customer services……

Beautiful quality cashmere, not thin like other brands…
Let down by customer service. Took three days to respond to my problem with snags on the unworn garment. They requested two lots of photos, then insisted I sent it back rather than just reduce price a little. Postage label was emailed, requiring printing, just as our printer died. By the time we had a new printer the website said I was out of time to return it. So I have a substandard sweater for the advertised price.
It’s a tragedy that customer service lets down hardworking makers of very high quality garments.

Unbeatable customer service

Courteous, efficient service putting the customer first. A delightful experience! So refreshing when you feel that you matter to a business. Nothing was too trivial to question and request for help at delivery end was met by the wonderful Alan who persisted in getting the load where we wanted, in spite of a cold November evening. There's no other source as far as we are concerned.
