Bought an item that was misadvertised

Bought an item that was misadvertised. Because my request under customer protection was that the item did not fit, I was not elegeible for protection. All semantics, supposedly. I was told they could have helped if the reason was explained as misadvertised because it matches the legal language of the T&Cs. Well,... not using Ebay anymore becuase I don't truste them.

Seller missrepresented the item

Seller missrepresented the item. My claim was on the effect of the missrepresentation (i.e. the item does not fit, thoug is a one size fits all). Ebay refuses to make good their purchase guarantee because of semanthics. My clain should have been due to missrepresentation. They went onto tell me the seller is a good seller, and taking their side though I have been within ebay 21 years. Go figure how they manage to insult people without trying,

My router has been providing half of the…

My router has been providing half of the speed I pay for. The tech person expects me to reset it every 30 days, rather than sending me a new one as they proposed last of the recurring weeks we need to speak. Now they are refusing to send a new router without charge of £80. Though is their equipment which is faulty. With the tech team and customer service is war of attrition making people spend hours talking to them until the "customer" gives up.

Now they are asking for even more of my time after my review has been published. Do your part! Take responsibility! Stop asking customers to deal with your job! While you are being difficult. More like talking to a wall. Stop pretending here on Trustpilot. I’ve already had the conversation multiple times.

It was a nightmare to return a…

It was a nightmare to return a defective item. Though Drbikes has a relationship with the supplier, they FORCED ME to provide proof that the item was faulty. It was emails, dismantling the bike for photos, and phone calls with the supplier until I finally achieved it. They don't respect consumer protection laws nor their trade contract as listed on their web. Beware!
