It's always a five star experience shopping at jean scene. Sometimes it is a little difficult to find my size but that is probably due to there being a lot of short fat hairy people around and they all want the same brand of jeans as me.. .😄

A little long winded for a good reason

The person that dealt with my query was very professional and effective at being thorough. The process was a little long winded but mainly due to the security checks so that is actually very good. I have also decided based on that to look at other First Direct products. Well done and thank you for the opportunity to contribute to your future business success.

The fragrances from Shay and Blue are heavenly

The fragrances from Shay and Blue are terrific and my wife absolutelyloves them . She hasn't found one yet that she doesn't like and thats why I've subscribed to "The Scentlist" This will be a Christmas suprise for her that she will receive a new one every month in 2026.

Very good service

Very good service. Excellent dispatch time. Delivered very quickly. Exactly the type of paper towel I needed. Only failing was the packaging was made up of two badly joined boxes and was damaged but negligible damage to the contents.

Staffords retail outlet referred me to…

Staffords retail outlet referred me to their repair and reuse it sector of the company as I was reluctant to scrap my now 8 year old Tefal Steam generator iron. It has an automatic power cord rewind mechanism and had performed perfectly until late My 2025. All the new Tefal machines and other manufacturers don't now have this option. After booking it in with Repair it Reuse it at Knowsley I paid the advance fee, packed it up and sent it to them by courier. Within two weeks I was notified that it would be returned within a couple of days. The machine is now in almost new condition and works as well as it was when new. I received a full report from them on what had been done and has been an excellent experience from start to finish.

Discount code EGG10 was rejected as no longer valid on the same day it was sentI have not worn these jeans yet but…

I have not worn these jeans yet but they are rhe same make, style and colour as I have previously purchased so will no doubt be every bit as good as the last ones. The only disappointing aspect was being offered a further 10% off discount code in the email sent to me and then at the checkout getting a message stating it was no longer valid less than an hour after receiving it.

I won't be Ordering anything from Espares in futureThe website altered my order when I…

The website altered my order when I went to the checkout page. I didn't notice it until I had paid. I went to cancel it immediately but had to log in to do so and hed to get a new password first. This took approx 11 minutes after which I recieved an email stating the order could not be cancelled as the item had already been dispatched. This was all on 4th April. I then recieved another Email on the 6th April stating the item had been dispatched. It caused me a good deal of time and annoyance as well as £4.05 postage to return the product in its original unopened packaging all of which could have been prevented by an actual direct contact number.
