My electric metre is getting sorted but my gas metre is not sorted every time I put in a UTRN code the screen keeps going blank half way through putting the code in

The company what sold me the item keeps telling me to contact you but you keep telling me to contact the company what sold me my item. Really this company doesn't deserve the star. Have been waiting for over 50 days now.

Hi,17TRACK is an online tracking tool that does not influence on delivery time or the shipping process.
Our tracking information is directly synced with the carrier's tracking website. If the carrier does not update the tracking information, we cannot obtain additional information either.
You should contact your shipping courier to get the package. But we are happy to provide our help or suggestions. Please contact us via serv@17track.net with your tracking number so we can help you find the exact courier.

I have not received my £67 for March off the government to help with my energy bills. I am sitting in a cold room with out gas not sure when the electricity will run out.
