The sheds are perfect and beautiful. Took two of us two full days to assemble two sheds. The roofs were a bit difficult - didn't quite line up, but all came out well in the end.

I absolutely am in LOVE with my new rug!! I researched Jute rugs, and most had poor reviews. This one had really good reviews, so I took a chance. It is softer than most jute rugs, spongy, even. I did buy the premium rug pad, but not sure it would have been needed, as my rug is 8x10 and most likely wouldn't have slipped. I placed it catawampus, and it's stunning! No regrets, except days later it is now 25% off!

My new cover chipped making it rough and catch on my clothes. I contacted customer service and a new cover was sent out right away. Thank you, Peel!

I tried calling 5 times on two different phones, and as soon as I got into the conversation they couldn't hear me any longer and I couldn't hear them. I did hear enough from one rep that she said I needed to call DHL for a ship number, but when I called DHL they said I needed an account number for MATCHES. So I was back to square one, unable to communicate with Matches. My life is hectic and this type of thing is not worth the hassle, so most likely I will not order again. I order from Neiman Marcus, Saks, Intermix, etc constantly, and it is very simple and hassle-free.
