You get what you pay for, there is a reason this company is much cheaper than its more reliable alternatives. Ordered next day delivery and it still hasn’t been delivered 2 days later, I assume they haven’t got a fresh bunch either and it’s the same bunch I initially ordered. I complained via email and was told they could NOT offer a refund because their delivery information states ‘Should your flowers not be delivered on the specified date we cannot offer any refund.’

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Items always good quality and returns are always easy if there’s ever an issue where the items don’t fit. Customer service responses are good via email.

The out of hours service left my building without electricity for almost 30 hours. They didn’t even fix it by the way, we ended up having to get someone in to do it.

delivery was on time and well packaged as to not damage the products. I've never been dissappointed with their service.
However- would LOVE to see student discount again as it's available from similar retailers

I'm a size 4/6 and have quite big hips so ordered a size 8 dress. It could not even zip up because it was so small!
Service however was really good, next day delivery came on time, and there was no problems regarding refund

My pyjamas were faulty and falling apart so I messaged PLT on twitter. They replied within 5 mins, someone called Nagina helped me out. Gave me a refund with no fuss!

Arrived when it said and looked exactly how it did on website, would order from again
