Shocking customer service

Waitrose failed to deliver on time by over 2 hours. No one contacted me. No fresh and frozen products arrived which was over two thirds of the shop. I had grandchildren for the weekend. Waitrose said they could not redeliver and repayment would take 5-7 days. 12 days later and I still have not had my money returned. Rang and wrote to no avail - no customer service as nothing achieved - I am an 80 year old pensioner and a regular customer

A good service

Very good service..gave a text with ETA and actually arrived earlier. The guy was very pleasant and helpful

Not worth any stars. A dreadful company - have now waited over a year for my Stove range cooker to be repaired. The same man arrives to repair it each time. He then says its a 2 man job and disappears. Each time we tell them it is a 2 man job and we are assured that 2 men will be coming. Unreal ..It is Groundhog Day! We have had 6 visits to the house and the spare parts remain in our hall. We paid £168 a year ago for the repair. The part was then still under guarantee. I have one small oven working, with a large oven not working and 2 out of 5 hotplates working.

Never arrive

Did not turn up for the initial fitting so I should have been alerted. Ordered very simple white blind, nothing complicated and left a message 1 hour before due to say they could not deliver. Also they said they would ring me. They did not. They take your money ahead but do not produce the goods. Go to John Lewis don't touch Hillarys
