Aloof staff as soon as we walked in

Aloof staff as soon as we walked in. The couple in front of us had booked via phone and had their booking recognised immediately. I had booked via email for my son’s bday (stated this being a bday treat in the email as I do every year and always get a happy birthday desserts or something but not here not compulsory but still?!) When I said I’d booked a table for 3 foh staff looked at me as though I was asking something out the ordinary?! I spelt my name thinking perhaps I didn’t say it clear (I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aids and accept I don’t always hear accordingly) she said she already found my booking and just wasn’t sure where to seat us. We then got seated right at the back near the kitchen/bar/staff room/congregation area. It wasn’t v busy no need to sit us here. Our v sweet and polite waitress attended 3 times and took our drinks before our 3rd party arrived 10mins late. We got our drinks and starter no problem. Waited for our pizza nothing came nobody came to our table nothing till the lad and the foh woman were pointing at us because they wanting us to vacate (it did say to vacate by 7:30 but we hadn’t been served our main?!) it was by this time 7:18 out table was 6pm . Lots of side eye off the guy in the blue striped jumper I thought he was a there as a guest not staff not very polite or well mannered. He and the pink haired girl need manners so rude and dismissive as though we’d walked into their home uninvited!!!Obviously a mistake with our order that could if been sooo easily corrected with an apology and explanation. Gutted I chose this venue for my son’s 18th meal 😪 soggy pizza cr😩p starters 💯 will never go again.

You can’t order multiple sizes

Apparently you can’t order multiple sizes or outfit choices and return the unwanted items 🤷🏼‍♀️
I have ordered from here 2-3 times I’m between sizes so order both sizes to see which fits better and return the one that doesn’t I do this with all clothing I order online without any issues. I ordered a couple of different outfit choices decided what I liked best and returned the other outfits. Again I do this with all online orders and have never faced an issue. I tried today to order some trousers I ordered 2 sizes again for my order 2 be cancelled as apparently I return too much! I’ve only placed 2-3 orders kept some returned others and the cheek of the week is that you pay for the returns so how are they out of pocket. I even paid for next day delivery!!
As if I got barred from BOA 😩🤣

Item didn't get delivered

Item didn't get delivered. Problem with the delivery service. De Longhi have been no help at all. Said they’d refund me still haven’t received that and they’re now ignoring my emails and it’s been over a month. Couriers said they’d tried to deliver but I wasn’t home (when I was home working ) then said they couldn’t find my very normal very residential home (but they found it the first time and also delivered another parcel the following day 🤔) then said I refused delivery (thought they couldn’t find me so how could I refuse it🤔) 💯 a problem with parcelforce but delonghi have been no help whatsoever. Bought same kettle £40 cheaper elsewhere #win. I will not be back.

Don’t bother

The initial purchase (when they were taking our order and money) was great. Our salesperson was really helpful. However I ordered a small piece of flooring before Christmas we are now in February I’ve had zero updates I was not made aware it would take this long for the flooring to come or be fitted..it’s a VERY tiny area. I’m
Disappointed and wish I’d gone elsewhere which had quoted fitting within 10days. Won’t be returning.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. My item was delivered late due to a delay and then to a empty house /air b&b so I was unable to retrieve it for some time. The delivery company (EVERI) said I need to raise this with the seller I contacted blacks for help who said nothing to do with them as the tracking shows delivered somewhere in the vacinity of my house so clearly it’s my job to go on a mad hunt to find it only to find it’s in a locked empty house o did finally get my boots 2days after the hike I bought them for and 2weeks from ordering. Blacks were of no use whatsoever. The boots are cheaper on eBay ..lesson learnt I’ll never use blacks again.

Very helpful friendly guy on the phone…

Very helpful friendly guy on the phone knew his stuff plenty of guidance and patience. Only thing was the call was long but I guess there was a lot to go through! I’d call him again just for a chin wag though!
