I ordered a £55 coat firstly it took over 2 weeks to come then when it arrived it was faulty so I emailed the sales dept no reply so I called them was told to email them for a returns slip. Paid & sent coat back second class signed for & emailed them a copy of receipt & signature when it had got to there end, never got a reply then the postage money just got put in my bank account.
Sent me an identical replacement coat which was the faulty same coat I originally sent back, I was fuming so sent emails again & to the customer service dept then at last they rang me up & apologised & said they'd send DPD to collect it by this time I was so fed up I just asked for a full refund which I'm still waiting for!
I will never buy anything again from them in the future or recommend them to my friends & family 😡😡😡

It's now 20.15 & still waiting on my delivery of new hotpoint washing machine! Delivery schedule was between 15.30 & 19.30 no phone call, text or email.
Tried ringing customer services waited & waited not getting to speak to a customer advisor & now closed @ 20.00, so what next?!!!
It's disgusting waited in all afternoon, not happy 😡
