parcel marked as delivered but it wasn't again. Since the start of 2026 i have had so many parcels lost by evri i have lost count. Over 50 emails to and throw with Evri customer support and counting

Received an order of 9 packets of various flower seeds upon opening the parcel one packet had split open on the side spiling its contents onto the floor. A couple of days later preparing to sow some of the seeds another packet split open on the side loosing the seeds on the floor (lobelia seeds) never to be seen again Not the way to supply seeds
Lost parcels Since the new year i have had multiple missing / lost parcels. Some parcels sat at the delivery depot for a week or longer (no drivers to deliver parcels ?) Had to sort refunds and reorder 5+ items A logistics company that can't deliver the goods

A very good experience purchasing from Tap Warehouse I had a glitch on a order which with one phone call to customer support was sorted out with the order being dispatched on the day and arriving the next will use again and would recommend to others
ordered on the 13-12-2015 and goods have not arrived
have had no reply to email
