Will not issue refund of my order…
Will not issue refund of my order return since 7/01/24 and proof of delivered since 10/01/24 i chased them up over and over still no sign of refund!
going into SCAM MODE !
20 days so far still no refund

Thank you for the review and I can only apologise again for the delay, I assure you this is not a scam; we have had a large volume of returns but are working to have them all processed promptly.
I have contacted our Finance Department and asked them to refund this as a priority, please kindly allow up to 48 hours.

untrusted brokers didn’t send the reminder beforehand
closing my port at 7:10 am send reminder email at 7:30am very frustrating, of course i can deposit more
refund my loss.
