Comprehensive range of parts

I needed a difficult to find actuator to replace a very old malfunctioning actuator valve on my boiler system. Heating parts warehouse had this at a reasonable price in brand new condition. I ordered this a received it 2 days later. Very efficient professional processing of order. Actuator fitted and heating working again. Great product great service!

Yodel Omagh- Awful delivery service and lies from customer service

Yodel are without a shadow of a doubt the worst delivery company that I have encountered. This is based off multiple issues with various deliveries I was expecting, their awful customer service and lies they spun me for 6 days while I tried to determine why my parcel wasn’t delivered. There is no way to speak to the delivery driver, the depot or any human for that matter. I had to engage in long slow responding web chats that lasted in excess of 1 hr each day being fed the same corporate generated nonsense without providing the necessary information to get the delivery complete. I downloaded their app and completed all the personal details required with even specific geolocation service what3words but for 6 consecutive attempts I was led to believe the driver couldn’t find my house. If I go to an incorrect address location on the first day and it is incorrect why would you continue to keep going to the same hole in the hedge expecting a house to appear from the previous day. That is just insane. When I repeatedly asked for the driver to phone me this never happened I eventually got one web chat assistant claim that the driver was calling me on the number that was on the parcel which was clearly incorrect. When my parcel arrived apparently after 6 failed delivery attempts there was no phone number documented anywhere on the parcel so they were clearly lying.
If I could give a minus star rating I would.

Undelivered parcel

My parcel was marked as Delivered but I have no photograph evidence of this as to where this was. I have checked with my neighbours and none of them have received it. God knows where it is. 🤨

The only device repair service to use!

After reading previous reviews I felt very confident in choosing Leo to send my devices to and I was correct in doing so. From my 1st email to enquire if he could fix my 2 Motorola baby monitors he was so reassuring and helpful.
One of the monitors was unfortunately beyond repair even though Leo did his best to salvage it. He replaced several different common parts that could be cause of fault but ultimately realised that main board was gone and beyond economic or viable repair. This was all communicated to me at time. After all this effort he even refunded me a larger amount than I expected for all his skill, expertise and time. I felt he should have taken more but he assured me it covered it outlays.
The other monitor was repaired and functioning as good as new and returned the next day (Along with the unrepairable device) Very speedy, efficient and thorough service. Great communication and customer service from start to finish. 10/10. Use this man for all your device repairs

Parcel delivery was within expected…

Parcel delivery was within expected timeframe from dispatch from retailer. Numerous updates received via email to inform me of the delivery progress. Parcel was delivered at agreed time allocation as notification from email. Opportunity was given to change delivery date if required.
People will have various positive/negative experiences with different delivery companies but I had straight forward experience with Myhermes for this parcel delivery.
The photo confirmation is always a good proof of delivery to your home but not sure I wanted to be in it 😆 ( wasn’t a good angle🤨)

Brilliant discount Booking site!

I am someone who trawls through every search engine and site to save the most I can on any purchases. I was booking a last minute flight from Dublin to Canada and was finding varying degrees of prices! I was directed to Budget air form a price comparison site with best price available. I checked with Airline directly for same flights that BudgetAir were providing me. The airline was unable to over me all flights options available by Budget Air at any where near same cost. I ended up saving almost £150 booking with BudgetAir and traveling on the exact same flights I would have if booking direct with Airline!
I booked this 24 hrs before I traveled and all my confirmation and references were emailed immediately. I arrived at airport and checked in as normal with the same efficiency and smoothness as any other time I'd done so.
I would definitely recommend BudgetAir to anyone to save money on your travel plans. Only good things to report. Fantastic company. Everything seamless.

Tracking of item returned to merchant query

I had item picked up from my home address 3 weeks ago for return to a merchant. I got call from merchant saying they hadn't received item yet. I was unable to track item on website but I used the web chat service with the very helpful and lovely HANNAH! She was able to locate my parcel to a local service centre and was going to contact them and get back to me with update on the delivery delay.
I have to say I found the contact and communication process incredibly efficient and easy to use all helped with the very nice customer service agent. Thanks again Hannah!
